We review our services regularly to check efficiency and quality. We need your opinion and ideas. We have a Patient Participation Group and welcome anyone who wishes to offer their time to give us their opinions to guide us in decisions about new services.
As well as our Patient Participation Group, we have a “virtual” patient group so you can have your say. We will ask you some questions from time to time, such as what you think about our opening times or the quality of the care or service you received. We will contact you by email and keep our surveys short so it shouldn’t take up too much of your time.
