Fees Payable By Patients

Medical Examinations

For any forms/letters that require a medical examination, patients will be charged 50% of the fee, if the appointment is not attended.

Fee –

All requests are payable in advance.

Full Medical Examination and Report
Drivers or Pilots vocational licences (e.g. LGV, PCV, Taxi, Pilots, etc.)
Fitness to drive for insurance purposes (e.g. Elderly or racing driver)
Employment or Pre-Employment medicals (e.g. Army, Police)
Sports Fitness/Fitness to participate in event

Access to Medical Records –

Request of Medical Records must be made in writing

Please note Medical Records cannot be sent to personal email account due to Data Protection Rules. 


Patients can request access to a secure account to view medical records

*Where requests are deemed repetitive a reasonable charge can be applied

Private consultations for Overseas Visitor (those not entitled to free healthcare)
