Due to increasing demand on our NHS services we have made the difficult decision to pause some of the private services. Some services we previously provided are no longer available. We can provide a standard summary of your health records (on request) as an alternative to any letters or forms.
You may wish to use an online platform to search for a private GP to help with your request. You may also ask other health professionals involved in your care to complete your request. We are unable to make recommendations for private GP providers.
Patients must allow 5-10 working days for all private forms/letters to be processed.
For any forms/letters that require a physical medical examination, patients will be charged 50% of the fee if the appointment is not attended. All requests are payable in advance. Our private services are for registered patients only.
