PCN & Extended Access Hub

Our practice is part of a group of local Ealing GP Practices, called South Central Ealing Primary Care Network (PCN)*. Our PCN provides an Extended Access Hub (evening and weekends GP service), which is hosted at Florence Road Surgery.

This hub service offers access to appointments with GPs, Practice Nurses, Clinical Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians (who would be able to assist with medication queries out of hours), Health Care Assistants and Social Prescribers

Extended Access Hub hours:

Monday to Friday, from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM.

Saturday   9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
